Things we would avoid or cut out:

  • NO HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP
  • Avoid Sodas and sugary drinks (especially first thing in the morning)
  • Habitual or routine alcohol drinking raises your baseline stress response so try to save it for special occasions!
  • Try not to over consume caffeine
  • Try to complete cutout fluoride from any source

Things we would recommend:

  • Drink 12oz of water first thing in the morning right after waking up. Even before your coffee!
  • Water first thing will stimulate your microbiome and reduce your daily inflammation
  • 1-2 Gallons of Water per day no matter what
  • Herbal Tea – try the many benefits of all the different kinds!
  • Water filtration such as Kangen Water or Innate water

For a whole day of sugar intake, including our food, stay below 30 grams of sugar.
